Refund Policy

Returns & Replacements

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

  • A damaged product is received.
  • An incorrect product is delivered.
  • The product contains a verified manufacturing defect.

Return Request Period

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery along with supporting photographs and proof of purchase.

Refund Approval

Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval by our technical or support team.

Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Installation charges
  • Site visit fees
  • Maintenance services already completed
  • Customized security or fire safety solutions
  • Products damaged due to improper use

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once products have been shipped or installation work has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
